I can not run an analysis on my part. I have verified I have a license cheked out, but when I check the job manager, it tells me "current Jobs (connect failed).
Please help.

to make sure the Job Manager service is running you can check in
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
there should a service be running (status Started) called something like:
Autodesk Moldflow Adviser 2010 Job Manager or
Autodesk Moldflow Adviser 2010-R2 Job Manager or
Autodesk Moldflow Adviser 2011 Job Manager
It could have been blocked by firewall, so add the executable to firewall exepections list if not there.
On screen shot it seems as 2010 is installed.
Recommend to install Autodesk Moldflow Adviser 2011, SP3.
