AISC code check beam elements local coordinate system

We often use beam offsets to acomplish lattice structure anlaysis and other structures. We rotate the model at different angles. When we rotate the model offsets doesnt rotate along the model.(since they we defined by coordinates I guess).

And also we cannot define offsets in global coordinate sytem.

Able to open and edit NX(unigraphics) part file (two way).
