I need to stop my analysis at the end of the day and upload it to our server (which I can't run it on) every night and then re-download it the following day and resume the analysis. This isn't a big deal but I have been working on some rather large drop simulations and even the compressed file sizes are starting to get unwieldy. Is there a way, or can there be a way in the future, to delete some specified number of time steps earlier in the analysis and still be able to resume the analysis again from where I left of the previous day? For example, if I am on time step 30 can I delete the data just for time steps 1 through 15 to reduce the file size but keep 16 through 30 such that I could restart the next day?
