a communitcation error occurred while downloading some model results

Hello

I am new to using Simulation 360 Mechanical and am having trouble obtaining results from the linear static stress analysis of three parts. I opened the SolidWorks assembly in Simulation 360 and initially meshed the bolted holes (in reality all of the parts are bolted together) along with surface contact. This yielded the following error message when running the analysis:

"local machine job failure: a communitcation error occurred while downloading some model results"

I then removed the holes and made the surfaces as bonded and still the same thing happened. One concern is that the reults of the mesh gives "Watertight Solids" as "Postponed", is this problematic?

I can run the analysis no problem on each of the parts individually but just cannot get any assebmlies to run.

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,

Pete
