Tutorial Mesh Error

  • Installed Algor Simulation 2011 along with SP1.
  • Copied tutorial model folder to My Documents per the tutorial suggestion.
  • Set program options per the tutorial.
  • Opened the Vice Grips CAD step model from My Documents per the tutorial settings.
  • Selected the Mesh: Generate Mesh command.

 

This is the result:

At this rate, I'm not going to learn much.  Any suggestions as what to try next?

Followup: I forgot my My Documents folder had been re-pathed to a personal network drive so it is always backed up to tape.  Moving the tutorial files to a folder on the actual local drive eliminated these errors.
