Terminal Error: FEM2ESH#64

Hi forum,

A newb here.  What does the following error mean and how do I fix it?

I am trying to find natural frequencies of my model.  (linear)  and I get this error.

Terminal Error: FEM2ESH#64
FEM_ERROR_3D_ELEMENT_NODE_OVER_BOUND 4989718

Thanks

An update for anyone who is curious.  I went back and meshed the model again.  Apparently all of my loads that were for my bolts had disappeared at some point.  When I meshed it those loads were recreated again.  I am now able to run the model check, this error hasn't come up yet this time.
