Temp. Dependent Thermal Properties (Moist Air)

I am using a transient heat transfer model to simulate heating of "moist air".  I don't have CFD or multiphysics.

Has anyone found/created a table with temperature dependent specific heat and thermal conductivity values for "moist air".
