Simulation MultiPhysics carshed. Is there a way to resume anaylsis?

Hello

 

My computer crashed 30mins into an Mechanical Event Simulation (half way through) and I'm wondering if there is a way to "resume the analysis."

 

What I mean is, can autodesk reload what is already complete and then pick up where it left off?
