Radiation Shield

I am fairly new to Algor and do yet have a full understanding of how to properly use it.  I have to simulate a radiation shield for a weather station.  My constraints are the radiation from the sun and natural convection from the air.  Should this be preformed as a S.S Thermal Simulation, or as a Fluid Coupled with S.S Thermal Simulation.  Also, for the radiation constraint, must I define it surface by surface, or can I somehow define an outside radiation source (i.e the sun).

Thanks

The easiest way to do this would be to analyze it using heat transfer only. In this case you will have to enter the natural convection coefficient which is the difficult part since natural convection coefficient you enter will be a static number where as in reality, the wind blowing on the object actually may induce forced convection.
