OpenGL failure in Fatigue Wizard

Hello,

I am attempting to run Fatigue Wizard on a Static/Linear model. All goes well until results are generated. An error message appears:

" Too many errors occured, which indicates a serious problem from which we cannot recover. The application must close.

Error code:1"

Below this is a hyperlink (http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3006) which indicates this is an OpenGL error. It appears to be related to the results visualizer built into the fatigue wizard itself. I am running a relatively new workstation, a Dell M4600 with a Q1000M card (and integrated graphics on the Sandybridge chip). The drivers are the latest. I have attached a full system report in addition to a screenshot of the failure.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Thanks
