Sombody knows if in multiphysics there is the posibility of converting/using binary results file ".aso"?

For everyone's benefit, the .ASO file is the stress results from an MES/Nonlinear Stress simulation. The format of the file is binary, so unless one writes a program to read the data, there is no way to access it directly. (Of course, the Results environment reads the file to display the results.)
There is a program to convert it from binary to text format. Look for "MKASO.EXE" located in the installation folder. Unfortunately, it looks like there is a problem with the builds for version 2013: MKASO is 0 bytes in size.
If someone has an older version of Simulation Mechanical/Multiphysics, or even old Algor software, could you zip the file MKASO.EXE and attach it to a reply.
If you want a limited set of data, you can use the command "File > Export > All Results" from the Results environment. The currently displayed results will be output to a file of your choice.
The last release that contained this binary to ASCII conversion executable was "Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2012". I have attached a copy of that executable.
Extract the attached "Mkaso_exe.zip" file to your Simulation installation directory, then rename the "Mkaso_exe.txt" file to "Mkaso.exe". Be sure that your computer options allow you to see your file extensions so that the file is renamed properly.

I have a follow-up question regarding the .ado (displacement results) file. mkaso.exe does output a header only when supplied with ds.ado. Is there a mkado.exe or such in order to translate the nodal displacement results?

You can translate the displacement results from the "Results Options" tab, then "Other > Tools > Nodal Results Translator". It can only handle files under 2GB in size which can e a problem with MES results in some extreme (?) cases.
