Higher temperatures in part then are possible

I am doing a transient heat analysis. I have a part with 8 electrical heaters inside. I simplified that to put a Surface Controlled Temp on the surfaces of the heaters. Although the SCT is set on 150C my max temperature in the part is higher then 150C. The initial temp of everything is 15C.
