Error when running with a classroom license

Guys, I'm running a class license for some ~25 PCs and when trying to mesh, I get the attached error message.

Any clue on what may be wrong? The license server is up and running, and the product info shows expiration in 2012, type: Educational version. This is with Autodesk Education Master Suite 2012. The students that installed the software in their machines, using the license provided in the students site can run it with no problems.

I really need to get this sorted out ASAP or else I won't be able to teach my classes.

Local support was not helpful at all.

This error may be addressed by running three registry files on your computer.  One will need to extract the attached zip file, then right-click on each file and choose to run as administrator.  When completed, open the Autodesk Simulation software and attempt to re-mesh the model.
