I've seen this problem come up from time to time with users of Simulation Mechanical, it is almost always related to graphics card settings. Take a look at the following help article on Results contours not appearing in Simulation Mechanical. It will provide you instructions on how to disable OpenGL hardware acceleration which will typically resolve the matter.
