Why is the SDV1 is dependent on the time step and the boundary condition?

For the 45 degree orientation in woven composites, SDV1 = 2.8 which means complete matrix failure and failure in fill tows, the failure occurs in SDV3 and SDV5 both which means complete failure of fiber ans matrix, and that's wrong!

If I am understanding your statement correctly that could be an issue. Are you saying SDV3=1.0 and SDV5=1.0 and SDV1=2.8. Could you share your model and result files.
