Abaqus 6-12 plug-in download

Hello, I am trying to find Autodesk as a plug-in in Abaqus. I have installed Abaqus 6-12 64 bit and Autodesk Simulation Composite Analysis 64 bit, but Autodesk is not recognizing Abaqus on my computer during the installation process. I have Windows 8. How can I link the two programs on my computer?

  Did you recieve any warning/error message(s) during the installation process of Autodesk Simulation Composite Analysis 2014?

Yes, when I try to download version 2015, it says that some of the products have failed to download.

The solution for this specific issue was found with the log file shown in the last Dialog window during installation. The Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2012 update 3 x64 failed to install on user's machine. User installed update 4 manually (via Microsoft website).
