Anybody tell how to use rotating region in autodesk simulation cfd 2013
Hi,
To start off, you have to build your rotating region from your CAD modeller. The rotating region is basically a volume that envelopes your rotating solid part. The rotating region is set in the materials setup and the rotating velocity or torque is set in the material properties itself. A fluid part which contacts the rotating region must be set first before you can apply the rotating region. That fluid material will be the fluid for the rotating region.
Even more information can be found in the wikihelp section here:

another one doubt how to find lift and drag in autodesk simulation CFD 2013 software please help me
Try wall calculator. You need to enable the Wall forces in the Sovle solution box under Result quantities.
I think these are pretty basic questions. Wouldn't hurt to go through wikihelp documentation, tutorials.
