finding the link to support cases

How do I find my support cases, or maybe it's called the portal, from the log in page??

Log in to subscription center:

http://subscription.autodesk.com/

At the left of the page, click on Technical Support and then at the bottom of the page, you have option to create a new case or view existing cases.
