Hi,

Would you be able to describe your study or share a cfz file?

Are you running from a local drive?

I see it, thanks.

Please could you walk me through what this is and what the goal is?

You seem to have a 1 psi pressure coming from the solid part of a pipe, into what looks to be a sealed chamber, separate from the main domain, both of which are a little strange to me, what is the intention here?

Many thanks,

Jon

It is a part of crystallizer with water coolling. I want to see water flow betwen shells, but internal volume would not fill & thats why I want to find gaps & opennings like on the video

Ah, I see, this makes more sense now.

Have you tried capping off the model in CAD? By adding additional parts to the holes (extruding cylinders from the ID of each - use 3x diameter on the inlets and 5x on the outlets)?

Once you have a hollow but sealed volume in CAD and read it into CFD, the void fill will happen automatically and new created parts will be listed in the output bar.

I assume you are not interested in running anything outside of the unit itself?

I do not want to hijack this thread but just out of curiosity, I posted the same exact error message a day before this thread got created and got no reply. Is there any reason why this issue is getting attention and mine is not getting any feed back ? Is there something that I'm missing.

Best regards

Hi Jonathan, it looks like it just got missed, the downside of forums! Let me send you a Dropbox link and we can work through it but using your thread to keep things organised 🙂

Problem with internal fill void. (see attached .jpg file).
