I have tried the fix proposed here...no luck:
I have also tried to submit the job from my laptop. Received the same error message.
FYI, I have an unlimited commercial account.

Problem solved. If you get this message, and have an unlimited license, call support and speak with the business unit. It's a database issue.
We have seen a few instances of this issue. Easy to resolve once we are aware so please log a case with support.
