Not able to start up for activation

Hello, I am a Mechanical Engineering student in Canada and trying out on Simulation CFD. However after installing the program and trying to start it up, the license error showed and wouldn't let me go into activation/try page (see attached). I can't get a request code since I got this error even before the page it prompts. What should I do?

I tried to install on virtual machine with fresh installed Windows and it worked fine.

My Config:

Asus N61Vg

P8700 2.53GHz

4GB DDR2 RAM

WIndows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Other Autodesk product installed: Inventor 2011

There is a known issue regarding the language of the licence manager. Refer to the knowledge base help for solution
