Non uniform flow boundary condition

Hi,

I am simulating a fairly long-narrow channel. I am planning to do the simulation in sections (to reduce the file size and simulation time and risk of failing). is there anyway I can use the flow/temperature distribution at the exit of one section as the inlet boundary condition of another simulation? how?

Thanks alot for your help in advance

Hi,

The only way really is to use the bulk calculator to measure the average values on a plane at the outlet and then apply this as inlet Boundary Conditions on the next model.

Regards,

Jon

I would give this request kudos since it seems to be the same request.
