Motion Summary

After doing a motion study, you can open a window that supplies the torque, forces, movement (angular/linear) of your moving objects.  Is there ANY way to export this, or is it available in a txt file in the data folders?  I've tried selecting multiple cells to copy/paste, but that doesn't work, I only get 1 cell of data.

Hey Scott

I believe this is an output you get automatically within your directory; you don't need to manually save this one out.

So, in addition to viewing the data inside the UI, you can open up a motion.csv file in Excel and do whatever processing you like. I would do a "find" in Windows Explorer for "motion.csv" within your study directory. It is written to the scenario subfolder.

You can read more about the output here: http://help.autodesk.com/view/SCDSE/2014/ENU/?guid=GUID-15FE7B0F-202F-4F8C-AD8D-57E6D2305A6F
