Heat Transfer Analysis at Altitude

I am trying to run heat transfer analyses, natural and forced convection, on an avionics chassis at 40,000 feet, in an avionics bay at T=55C.  Air properties at these altitudes are different and that data is readily available.  In the 'Material Environment' dialogue I can set environment pressure and temperature.  I will change environment pressure to the appropriate value, but do I need to set the environment temperature in the dialogue to 55 C, since that will be the temperature boundary condition that I use?

Yes,

Typically to represent different altitudes we would alter the Scenario Environment (Right-click the word "Material" and edit Environment Reference, instert Reference Pressure and Temperature).

In this case this would adjust any material that has Temperature dependent properties to be based on the new reference Temperature rather than STP, as well as and gage pressure conditions.
