Combined radiation and conductive thermal analsis

I've recently started working with simulation CFD 2014. I'm having a problem when conducting thermal analsis.  The products we design are hot enough that radiation is the primary method of heat transfer(vs natrual convection).  When I run a radtion model it appears that conduction does not take place in any of the parts. If i turn off radition Conduction works fine but the radtion effect is not accounted for.  In operation I'm counting on parts being heated by radiation, then conducting the heat through the part and reradiating to other parts near it. I've looked through the help documents but can't find any infromation on how the two work with each other.  Does anyone have any tips?
