CFD 360 Crashes when Trying to Import Results from Cloud

Over the last 2 days, I have tried running 6 or so different CFD scenarios in the cloud.  Every time, at the conclusion of the simulation when it is importing the results, CFD 360 crashes on my local machine.  And, when I try to reopen the study on my local machine, CFD 360 2013 crashes instantly.  Note, I am running 32-bit with 4GB of RAM. - Thanks.

The most probable reason is that your computer resources are limited.  Running on a 32bit computer isn't enough except for simple models.  Using 360 is great, but you still need enough RAM to open large models.

How many elements are in your model?

Royce, my models have around 1M points in the mesh. Sent with AquaMail for Android http://www.aqua-mail.com

If you PM me the support share file I can try it on my Win7 32bit computer. I'll see if it fails for me as well.
