list of planes

Provide in the ribbon a button to pop up a list of planes.

Reason: When I have many planes, or even two at the same location, it is hard to select the desired plane.  If they each had a number and were in a list (the list should show the normal vector too for identification) it would be easy to select the intended plane.  The list should allow you to add/delete planes directly.

Further enhancement: allow user to copy existing planes with settings intact.

We do have a list - although many people forget about it (or may not know)

Have you seen the Selection List (icon in the Quick Access toolbar - smallest icons furthers to the right).

Also available via the View ribbon.

Apolo, thanks!  I didn't know the selection list worked with planes. 

I thought I remembered something from the old CFDesign interface, but wasn't sure if I was imagining - I guess this was it.

Marked this request as "solution provided" since the list does exist. This can be accessed from the Quick Access Toolbar or ribbon (View tab). We are tracking a request to improve visibility of existing/selected entities.
