CFD Viewer Native Simulation CFDST File Support

The CFD Viewer must be able to open native CFD cfdst files rather than force the user to output numerous different Dynamic Images from CFD to view.

I realize opening the native file will be more time consuming, but then once the preferred data is seen on-screen that's "viewer friendly" then a dyanmic image of that particular data should be savable to VTFX format for rapid opening later.

Lack of multiple result output to the dynamic image from CFD is driving this request.  I tried outputting multiple ISOsurfaces but that just made it near impossible to probe nodes properly.  It probes a point on the isosurface but provides no scalar or vector info for that isosurface.

As I can see, global result can be the only result active to allow good probing in the viewer.
