Shape Extraction for AutoCAD

I have quick question. When i add points clouds to a surface it looks one way but when i use the Create Ground Surface features the surface looks different? Which way is the corrent way to create a surface from lidar dat?

Can you send us your data file so we can check it out?

I cant because the file is 1 gb. . its covering several miles
