Shape Extraction for AutoCAD

Hi Scott,

I have a problem with installation on C3D 2011, with Update 1 on W7 64bit (German).

In the screenshot you can see the message: "Installer was interrupted".

I repeat the download, if the ZIP are damaged, but it is the same result.

Have you any idea?

Out of the box, only English is supported. To see how to manually load the SHape Extraction Tool:

I am having the same issues since I upgraded my machine to win7 64-bit, and I can't run the install since I get the same message as above.

I read your post to manually load the tools, but I can't even get the files from the installation since the .msi installer won't even run. Are the individual files available for download at all??

I zipped up what was on my Windows 7 64-bit machine. These were in the AutoCAD 2011 directory.

i try to install in a student version of autocad 2011 and i have the same problem ..... i cant install.

help please

I am still having issues as well. I tried to even load everything manually as the other post mentionned, but the dll won't load using netload, and the last link that Scott placed for the cuix didn't contain the one I beleive is needed.

I didn't get a chance to post my response right when I tried it, but I am not sure if there is anything else I can do to install it.

I have logged a defect to make our installer recognize the student version. We can consider that in a future release - after AU and the holidays.
