Business card rendering, wierd shadows

I can't understand why are those ugly shadows at the side of the cards!

I'am using Vray 2.20.03

The left side is with ambient occlusion, the righ sie without!

clamp output 10, exponential color mapping, antialiasing filter catmull-rom, noise threshold 0,001

Any tutorial, or suggestion, for the correct settings, will be prefered.
