Hi - i am responding to this thread as it seems very similar to a problem we are

currently having and this older patch seems to resolve the issue.

We have an Android game that was created in Unity 4.5 using Scaleform 4.2.4

for the UI.

The  game does not render properly on a lot of devices (specifically the S3 which is

causing us much grief) with missing textures, mucked up transparancies, and a lot of

graphic errors in general.

It works without flaws on the iOS side of things and It runs perfectly well on a small percentage

of Android devices (a Nexus 7, Kindle HDX) but only when we force Unity to use OpenGL 3.0.

I don't think we are doing anything wrong but cannot seem to fix this no matter what we

try and when we turn Scaleform off the game renders perfectly on every Android device.

Is there a solution or workaround for us?  We are at the point where we may have to use

another UI system as we currently can't ship our product for about 90% of Android devices.

Thanks for your help, Ed.
