We are launching a new website for the latest versions of our Mobile and Unity products. These products have moved completely to a key-based system, which means that if you're evaluating and decide to purchase, you'll be able to unlock your eval without downloading a new pacakge.
If you purchase from the Estore starting today, you will be sent an unlock key for the product that you purchased. Existing customers will have their keys sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please let me know if you don't recieve an email by the end of the day.

We used the "Key recovery" button on the page you give in your message.
But even though we were told that an email has been sent, we still haven't received anything.
I'm wondering if it's working for when I do the same with the address that we used to get the trial,
we instantly receive an email with the trial keys.
We purchased the plugin when there was no key coming with the bought version.
Should we just wait or should I send you our license keys and the email with which we made the purchase ?

Same problem, I bought Scaleform two days ago, and I still didn't receive any key, even when clicking on the key recovery button (whereas it has been perfectly fine for the eval.)
Still no solution ? 😕

I see a lot of people having the same issue as I have. I never receive an email. I click recover email and did not recieve so did some investigating and it appears your (Autodesk) emails are sending from a domain that does not exist. In this age of spam if the domain does not exist your email will most likely not go through on most email servers.
I was just able to register with the forums just after so it is only the key sending process from the website. http://gameware.autodesk.com/support/downloads

Domain of sender address gw.ftp@ussclpegwprd001.autodesk.com does not exist
