is there a way to design multi spam beam with bending moment at column axis and shear to column face?

Currently such settings is not possible. What is the reason behind?

i think thats is the correct way to design rc beams:

bending continuous with cut on columns as per EC2 and shear to column face also better shear cut to a distance of "0,9 d" to column face.

Need ULS diagrams for beam design report.
