problem with offset

hi

i made tow simple models tow columns ,one beam and a slab but i used offset in one of them the there were a big differance in the results see attatched image

This is as expected because the stiffness of the slab with beam with the offset is larger than the one with no offset. In addition use of offset causes generation of large axial force in the beam and reduces its bending. See:
