problem importing load combinations for RC Design Provided Reinforcement

In RSAPro2013 for a RC Design with Provided Reinforcement, when the "Columns-Parameters for RC Elements" window appears the "Manual Combinations" option is grayed out (see attached picture). The program selects de "Simple Cases" option.

If I click the OK button a "Value out of limits" warning displays right after.

For the selected member the "Loads" window is empty.

If I run the calculations, a "Calculations Errors" window displays with the following message:

"Code combinations: Simple load cases have not been defined"

Why is RSAPro2013 not importing the defined combos into the RC Design Module?

Most likely you haven't defined any manual combinations.

I need the rtd file to look at.
