meshing problem : bars not taken intoi account

Hi,

please have a look on the screen capture : why some beams are not taken into account when meshing? What is the parameter to improve this (for the moment, I modified manually the meshing).

Inaccuracies....

Example and how to correct them , then of course you have to remesh panels
