manual combination is off ????

I have installed SP3 for RSAP 2014 and I still can't use manual combination in RC element design module 

Is there any way to add manual combinations because automatic combinations aren't compitable with design code of our country.

I tested this problem on another computer and I've found the same problem

Where is the combination in your model .. you just add loads as dead and live and don't made the combinations

I suggest to open frame 3d and enter the dimensions , then draw beams and apply loads then make manual combinations as you want .. finally select the beam and go to Rc beam design ... manual combinations will work correctly

there's no manual combinations in the RC DESIGN .. analyze the beam in frame 2d ot 3d and then take it to design .. it's work
