load to mass conversion - coefficient

Hi
I have some doubts about the coefficients in "load to mass" table...
does Robot applies coefficients from the "editor of code combination regulations" tabel?
example: in case of live load with coeff 0,8, do I have to use 1 or 0,8?
another question: do I have to insert in the "load to mass" table the dead load too?

Thanks

Ciao,
