interesting problem

i had installed robot professional 2011 x64, now i changed to robot professional 2011 x32

now that i am openning projects i got the problem about materials, but not only this, i erase few shells elements i did it again with different material, and have the same problem.

of course, i did with few others files. and they are presenting the same problem. that means i can not change from x64 to x32 system?

i check  preferences and job preferences too

regards,

i did now the reversal procedure. i have now robot 2011 professional 2011 x64

i still have the same problem, do not recognize old files. and now i can see when i open mesh option. i do not have the advance method.

it seems to be an instalation problem or do i missed some steps. i have the original disk for x332 and downloaded x64version from autodesk.com i also in both case installed sp6

regards

If I understand you well, a proper uninstallation process was not done?
Have you tried to clear cfgusr folder?
