floor plates

I am new to Robot Structural Analysis and need to convert an analytical model from Revit.

The building is 10 storeys tall with several transfer plates. For some reason some of the transfer plates don't seem to carry over as pates, instead are empty with no properties. See middle slab around the cores (attached)

This could be because two areas of slab are bound by a set of boundary lines within the same 'edit' function. Is there a way around this?

Most likely the inner contour has been detected as the opening.  You need to change it into a slab as shown on the attached picture.
