I cannot install pack service 3 of autodesk robot 2010 in my machine.

Please mind that this is no longer officially supported version of Robot.

We cannot install the maintenance pack for robot 2010: we have probs in this version like: frames tranversales are not closed

we have windows 8 64 bits

What is exactly the problem (any error reported etc.) ?

Mind that W8 is much newer than Robot 2010 and is therefore not supported as the platform for this version of Robot (as well as this old version of Robot itself). Why don't you upgdade to Robot 2014 which is the version that is officially supported on W8?
