Hey,

I am having some problems in my truss axial forces results,

The tension member forces is way different than the compression member forces.

Please can you check my model if i have done any mistake

I would appreciate if you can help me

freeze panels
move nodes 2045to2052 onto column 60
This one thing I found. It will not affect trusses I guess.

Do you have any clue why i am getting these results on the truss?

What results on which bars, which case etc?

For example bar 258 and 385 ( which are the top and bottom chord of the truss)

for Case U12 the axial force Fx on the top chord ( 258) is very small comparing to the bottom chord (385)

Top chord is located in concrete slab. Slab transfers almost all forces. Delete bar 258 and you will see only small change in bottom chord forces case 1 : -1225 vs -1175 on bar 385

what i have tried to do is deleting the slab; so i have gotten the balance in my truss the top chord and bottom chord forces values are very close now

But an unstability has occured 😞 can you help me again in this

Thanks

I have solved the instability issue,
but would like to know if is it possible to draw a slab over the trusses and get these similar values on the top chord for the balance of the truss.
