Substructure RC element update - Calculation options

Hi,

I tried to update the slab/substructure I am working on from the main model, but the entries for the "Reinforcement type" does not update. Is this how Robot works?

What I did was to change the concrete cover in the main model and then update the substructure without changing. I would have expected that the RC element update allow for the changes of the calculation options but I read from the Help file that it is only showing what I already have in the "reinforcement type" dialog.

If I follow the procedure according to what have happened, I would have to start again with my element design in a new substructure after I have changed the reinforcement type. Is that correct?

I would appreciate if you could explain to me how substructure option is effectively done. We are thinking of a procedure of distributing element design amongst different people and keep the "main" model and "substructure" updated at the same time. We feel this is a very good feature of Robot that could be taken advantage of.
