Subscription center in ARSA 2015 - is it working or not?

ARSA 2015 Polish version (and also at least 2013 and 2014 versions):

Apart of strange "??" in place of Polish diactric letters all of this items direct to old Autodesk pages saying eg. that I'm using trial version of software (SN: 000-0000000) which is not true...

Could somebody explain what for are this icons? - it seems that nothing of it is working.

I'm not sure that it will solve your problem wtih the "strange letters" but you can try

Windows control panel -> Clock, language and region -> (region and language) change location.  Try to set Poland for location.

It will not help because my settings were set for Poland location.

Anyway... all of this items direct to not working Autodesk pages.
