Hi

You can connect the two single column footings by a bar or:

use panels for defining single column footings and connecting them by a bar.

Yes you can .

1- define your columns .

2- connect them by beam .

3- From geometry menu - additional attributes - bae elastic ground - new - elastic foundation coefficient ....... to define your soil layers .

then calculate .

1-But the beam which's conncet the two columns doesn't exposed to soil pressure !!
2- What about the shape of the two isolated footing , because the beam lie on the top of footing or between two isolated footing but not on the ground to avoid soil pressure >> by this way i will design the footing by hand calc ,, i want to design the foorting but robot
