I can't run Robot Extensions - Spreadsheet Calculator 2013 on windows 7.

After lunching VBA window appears and that's all, look at the attachement please

Any ideas what's going on?

If you have Excel 2010 64-bit then this platform is not supported. You have to use 32-bit version instead.

It's a pity there is no popup window during installation process informing about such important information.

So how to use it in the coorporation company where whole software configuration must be the same 😞

I hope that you will be able to ask them to install you 32-bit office instead of the 64-bit one if you give the good reason for it.

Hello, I'm currently having this kind of issue with Windows 8 / Excel 2010 64 bits. Can you just confirm this issue still exists ? Thanks in advance for the help !

Hi, I checked the version and it is a 32 bits version.
have you already encountered this kind of problem ? I just open a new building concept, then directly clic on add ons (I am translating a french menu into English, not sure this is the exact name) and select "spreadsheet calculator". Then excel 2010 32 bits version opens, but there is no popup screen with options allowing me to choose if it is concrete or wood materials. This is what I used to have before uninstalling/reinstalling on a new pc.
Help would be much appreciated on this. Thanks !
