Spacing Dimension Problem in Connection Design

Hi, when assigning a vertical spacing to the anchorage bars in a pinned column base plate design in connection design then Robot inputs an eccentricity from the centreline of the girder and not an anchorage spacing. The anchor studs remain at a constant spacing of 115mm.

Do you have any idea why this is happening? How do I correct this problem.
