Slab Span Direction

I am trying to specify the slab span direction. I can change the slab to become one way spanning, yet can not get the span to change direction.

How can I do this?

You can decide on the direction of the orthotropy defining panel's thickness and you can also set the direction of the local coordinate system of the panel as shown on the attached picture.
