As far as I can tell, in case of Canadian CSA S16-09 code design, W sections that are class 4 are calculated correctly, but WT sections (and maybe others too?) are not. This issue should be high priority, because it is really annoying and the fix is very straight forward. Refer to Clause 13.3.5(b) in S16-09.

Somewhat related - this particular warning message still does not give affected member numbers.

"Section of the 4 class!  The program does not perform a full analysis of the 4 class for these section types (according to CSA -S136 code); they are treated as the 3 class sections. Section capacity for members subjected to compression and bi-axial bending (I-sections, C-sections and boxes) is calculated according to point 13.5.c."
